These "roll up pancakes", or as most of the world knows them as crepes, are going to be our new breakfast diet. . . . .
Or atleast that is what Ashelyn is claiming! She begs for these every morning.
I get to them once a week during the school year, but now that school is "oh so soon going to be out (yikes)" I have plenty of eggs and flour on hand.

Yum! Sorry I missed those, I would have stopped for breakfast when we were in Cali. Glad to see you are all doing great! I hear you on the yikes too, I am a little scared myself for summer.
